What is CRAFT GTM?
CRAFT GTM is a free MCP server and web app with eight planning tools, by Shashwat Ghosh of Helix GTM Consulting. Give it your metrics, launch date, customers or competitors, and it returns a product-market fit scorecard, a launch plan, interview guides, retention, partner or crisis playbooks, battle cards, or a CRAFT review of any GTM document.
Is CRAFT GTM free, and do I need an account?
It is free, and there is no account or sign-in. Use the tools in your browser here, or connect the MCP server to your AI assistant.
Does it use AI to write the answers?
No. Each tool applies fixed rules in the CRAFT GTM code to the inputs you give it. It does not call an AI model and does not look anything up. When you use it from Claude or another assistant, that assistant writes around the tool's answer.
What happens to what I type?
It is sent to this site's server, used once to build the answer, and dropped when the answer is sent back. Nothing is stored and nothing you type is logged. The privacy page has the details.
How do I use CRAFT GTM in Claude?
In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, select + and then Add custom connector. Name it CRAFT GTM, paste https://craft-gtm.gtmhelix.com/mcp and choose no sign-in. The Connect page covers Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code and Windsurf too.
